- Invitation from Tour Company in China (Chinese language) (Company License)
- Original Invitation confirmation letter (used to be called Visa Notice) from an authorized government organization like the local foreign affairs or etc.

- Clear CNIC copy of applicant
- Family details of applicant/FRC
- Request letter on company letterhead
- Online visa from
- Online appointment
- Copy of certificate of NTN
- Copy of Membership certificate of Chamber of Commerce
- Account maintenance certificate with signed and stamped form bank authorities
- Six months latest bank statement with signed and stamped from bank authorities with al-least minimum closing balance Rs.500, 000/-
- Valid Vaccination Card
- Confirmed Hotel Booking & Tour Plan from Tour Operator in China
- Return air ticket Itinerary
